This Home Office Approved Loose Tag card represents the approval given by Express Wash Concepts Home Office for use/wash redemptions ONLY to the Unlimited Wash Club Member and vehicle specified above. In the event any questions arise regarding this card or usage, please hand to a Team Member for quick verification.
By accepting this HOME OFFICE APPROVED LOOSE TAG (H.O.A.L.T.) card, the member acknowledges and agrees any use/wash redemption by any vehicle outside of the one listed above (and on the reverse side of the card) will result in immediate & permanent termination of the Unlimited Wash Club membership without refund. Any usage on a second vehicle will be charged at full retail price to the credit card on file.
